5. Data Retention

We retain account information and User Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen in the App. Account deletion removes your account and associated User Content from our systems, including songs, audio, artwork, drafts, prompts, lyrics, generation history, and remaining credits, except information we are legally required to retain.

6. Your Choices

You may update your account information or permanently delete your account within the App. To request access to or correction of your personal information, use the contact form on our Support page.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
