I can't sign in, or I'm signed out unexpectedly.
Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with. If you're not receiving a verification code, check your spam folder, then try again after a few minutes. If it still doesn't work, send us a message below with the address you're using and we'll help sort it out.

How does song generation work?
Describe what you want in the prompt and studio. uses AI to generate music and lyrics based on your input. Generation can take a couple of minutes — you'll see your song appear once it's ready.

My generation failed or got stuck.
This can occasionally happen with AI generation. Try again with a slightly different prompt. If it keeps failing, send us a message below and let us know what you entered so we can look into it.

How do I delete my account or data?
In the iOS app, open Profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated songs, audio, artwork, drafts, prompts, lyrics, generation history, and remaining credits. If deletion fails, stay signed in and try again or use the contact form above for help.
